Resolved tickets regarding network, printer, hardware, and software issues. Work on a personal project during the internship to set up a server and pc connection. Assembled a working computer from scratch by getting old parts from the storage, cleaned the parts, formatted it, and installed new applications to the computer. Refurbished three fully functioning computers and set up a network for it, composed of one server and two client computers. Before the day started, we always check the workstations(Application updates, internet settings, network configuration, and ensure parts are working).

I am responsible for end-to-end transaction processing and often asked to assist the new processors on my team. Handled additional specific accounts that need special handling. I've been upskilled twice during my career in this company and entrusted to handle complex and sensitive workloads. I received multiple recognition not only because of my performance but also for simply being professional and reliable.
